We are looking for an outstanding Operations Support, whose primary function is to assist the Operations Manager in maintaining and improving the quality of service provided to all bdhSterling clients. You will assist the Operations Manager in planning, research, record keeping, organisation and implementation of new additions to the bdhSterling service proposition.
You will also be responsible for assisting with systems management, creating protocol and user guides for the various departments to assist them in performing their responsibilities. You will further be responsible for managing all external relationships with office suppliers and monitoring and ordering equipment for the business. And be a support to all departments with various projects across the business.
